Manhattan art deco as hand-drawn art

This Twenty Exchange Place New York Day poster shows the art deco top of Twenty Exchange Place in the Financial District, with its tall arched windows and antenna mast. The drawing reduces the building to line, plane and rhythm, in black lines on a white background. This keeps the architecture easy to read, both up close and from a distance.

The work is part of a series on the skyscrapers of Manhattan. There is also a night version of this building, and together with the other towers in the series it forms a calm set on the wall.

The art print is made in a 50 x 70 ratio and is available in several sizes, as an art print or canvas, unframed or fully framed. Suitable for a living room, workspace or office.
